Sales Conditions:

1. MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): 

   We encourage new customers to place sample order if they prefer to test and 

confirm the quality of Haige Power’s products before making final decision.

   The MOQ is 10pcs/model. If quantity less than MOQ, 5% charge will be added.

2. Payment Term: 

   Please arrange payment by Telegram Transfer (T/T) or Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C).

   If your order amounts exceed USD10,000.00 we accept 30% T/T in advance and balance

   by T/T or L/C at sight. For sample order, US$150 operating charge will be added. 

 And for LCL, 5% charge will be added. If you will place regular order with us, pls let us know

 your financial standing, business capacity and character, we can negotiation with you to accept another payment terms after then.

3. Delivery Time:

    Up to the Quantity. Normal, the lead time will be 30 days after receipt of your down payment.

    For sample order we can arrange the shipment within 30-35days.

    For regular container order we can arrange the shipment around 20-25days after the

    down payment received.

4. Warranty & Lifetime:

    Our products have 2 year guarantee.

    Normal, we suggest customers can buy some necessary and easily wearing parts for maintenance.

    During warranty period, if there have some problem due to the defected quality we will supply

    FOC spare parts for replacement.
